10. The Ledge – United States
The approximate height of this skywalk is 1,453 feet and it has 110 stories above the streets of downtown Chicago, USA. This is really a point that can turn your trip into a marvelous and amazing experience. The four boxes that make it up in Willis Tower have been constructed with half-ton panels of glass. The walls of this beautiful skywalk have three layers, each half an inch thick. It was created in 2009, and over 500 couples have tied their knots here.
9. AlpspiX Viewing Platform – Germany
At the base of Alpspitze peak, you can find the AlpspiX Viewing Platform. It hovers 42 feet over an empty void shaped like an ‘X’ with two protruding platforms. The towering structure is found in the Garmisch-Partenkirchen region, Germany. This marvelous platform has about 3,281 feet (1,000 meters) height and remains open throughout the year.

The Grand Canyon Skywalk is a transparent horseshoe-shaped cantilever bridge and one of the most marvelous tourist attractions of Arizona, USA. This is a steel and glass walkway, having an extension of 70 feet (21 meters) over the Grand Canyon. About ninety ton glass was imported from Germany for its construction.

The Cliffwalk is a 700-feetwalkway. It is situated in Canada and has been beautifully constructed. The Cliffwalk is attached to a granite cliff facing above the Capilano River in British Columbia. Its highest point is 300 feet above the river. It features two glass panels with an anti-skid finish. Both of these have been brought from Austria.

EdgeWalk is CN Tower’s one of the most thrilling attractions. It is the only unique of its kind in North America. Located on the roof of the CN Tower’s restaurant, the EdgeWalk CN Tower has a height of around 1,068 feet. It won’t be wrong to say that this is the highest full circle hands-free walkway in the world. Its glass is about 2.5 inches thick.

The Tokyo Skytree is one of the tallest towers in the world. Its approximate height is 2,080 feet. It is situated in Japan, and consists of two observation decks: the lower one is located at 1,148 feet, and the upper one has a height of 1476 feet.
